Kimberly E. Brzezinski, a Shareholder with the Hanft Fride Law Firm, has been elected as part of the 2025 class of fellows of The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL’s distinguished, nationally known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
“Kimberly’s election as an ACREL Fellow reflects her expertise and distinguished reputation in the practice of real estate law. Her extensive experience with Torrens title and title correction matters puts her in a select group of real estate lawyers,” said Hanft Fride President and Shareholder, Jennifer L. Carey.
Brzezinski brings 18 years of real estate experience to the firm and her clients. She focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate, Torrens title, title correction, and boundary and access matters. Brzezinski is a former Examiner of Titles for St. Louis and Lake Counties and is certified as an MSBA Real Property Specialist. Brzezinski is a council member of the MSBA Real Property Law Section and serves on its Title Standards Committee.
In addition to Brzezinski, Carey is also an ACREL member.
