Caroline Geiger concentrates her practice primarily in the area of real estate, including eminent domain, real estate disputes, real estate transactions, and commercial development. Caroline also has experience in civil litigation, employment law, and tort law.
Prior to joining Hanft Fride, Caroline was an Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Office of the Attorney General ─ Transportation Division. In this role, Caroline represented the State of Texas and the Texas Department of Transportation in eminent domain proceedings across Texas. She also worked on appellate cases regarding issues surrounding eminent domain, tort law, and contract law. Prior to joining the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Caroline served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Patrick D. Robben in the Civil Division of Hennepin County District Court. Caroline is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Texas.
