Brent W. Malvick joined Hanft Fride as an associate in 2015 as a member of the firm’s transactional and litigation attorney practice groups. While in law school at the University of Minnesota, Malvick served as a law clerk with the Sixth Judicial District Public Defender’s office in Duluth, Minnesota, and as a law clerk in the Hennepin Country Attorney’s Office. After law school and prior to joining Hanft Fride, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James B. Florey in Virginia, Minnesota. Malvick is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
