Richard R. Burns is now Of Counsel at Hanft Fride. He spent his career as a small business lawyer, representing small to medium-sized family-owned businesses and professionals in business and estate planning matters. He remains available to our other attorneys to consult on business and estate planning matters. Burns is General Counsel for Morgan Murphy Media, a family-owned company which owns radio and television stations in five states. For many years, Burns was listed in “The Best Lawyers in America,” and as a “Top Forty Estate Planning Super Lawyer” in the annual survey conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics.
