Word Processor / File Clerk

Hanft Fride Law Firm is seeking an experienced full-time word processor to assist in our law practice.  Job duties include transcription, formatting, red-lining, updating forms and templates, opening and closing files, providing back-up for legal assistants, and other various projects.  Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), great grammar, and quick but accurate typing experience is required, legal experience highly preferred.  Full-time position with benefits at our downtown Duluth Location.  Please apply below.

Office Assistant

Hanft Fride is seeking a full-time office assistant for our downtown Duluth location.  This is an entry-level position within our law firm.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Copy/Scanning/Binding projects

Mail processing

Running courthouse and other errands on foot downtown

Reception Fill-In

Filing / Organizing

Supply Stocking

Plant Watering

Cleaning, making coffee, other general office duties.
