Jocelyn E. Bremer joined Hanft Fride as an associate in July 2016 as one of the top new lawyers in Duluth, Minnesota. Bremer grew up in Duluth and was a 2006 recipient of the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation’s Robert B. and Sophia Whiteside Scholarship. While in law school, Bremer served as an editor for the Hamline Law Review, interned with the judges of the Third Judicial District in Albert Lea, Minnesota and externed with HealthPartners General Counsel in Bloomington, Minnesota. She also worked as a law clerk for the civil division of the City of Minneapolis Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining Hanft Fride, Bremer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary A. Yunker of the Tenth Judicial District in Elk River, Minnesota. She also served as an appellate judicial law clerk for the Honorable John R. Rodenberg of the Minnesota Court of Appeals in St. Paul, Minnesota. Bremer is licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota and in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
